Ash Pack Cubs Camp 2008

Our camp at the end of June at Boidier Hurst & High Ashurst was brilliant!

Games and activities had the  Indiana Jones theme, such as mazes (made from branches, stones), treasure hunts with codes to decipher, kick-the-crystal skull (or bucket),  shelter-making and open fire cooking. We walked to High Ashurst for an afternoon of challenge courses, climbing and zipwire fun.  Reverend Alan Jenkins from St Nicolas church kindly joined us to lead our reflective Scouts Own in the Quiet Area and JC lead a vibrant campfire sing song, where Ashtead cubs joined in with skits and new songs.
